About Us
Sandusky County Chapter
The Sandusky County Chapter of the OHC met for the first time on November 15, 2007. Since then, many hours of work and fun has brought together a great group of horse people. They have created a wonderful 6 mile trail in Gibsonburg at Sandusky County Parks District White Star Park. The club sets day, overnight and weekend rides for other area trails such as Oak Openings, Edison Woods, Mohican, Hocking Hills, Van Buren and Pleasant Hill just to name a few. The club has an awards program for trail mileage and volunteerism.
Sandusky County welcomes riders of all ages and skill levels. We just love to ride! As a club we have years and years of horse experience and appreciate the opportunity to share our love and knowledge of horses. Anyone interested in joining in the work and fun of the Sandusky County Ohio Horseman’s Council is welcome to attend a meeting and/or become a member.
For more information, feel free to contact one of our officers! Hope to see you on the trails!
