The Bath Nature Preserve is a 410-acre parcel, which was formerly part of the Raymond Firestone Estate where the “Beagle Pack” Foxhunt was conducted for many years.
There are 3 miles of shared (bridle/hike) use trails in a diverse habitat and physical features ranging from open fields of grassland/old-field habitat to old growth forests and wetlands,which include a tamarack bog, ponds and two creeks. Trail is chip and seal. Day use only with a gravel parking area for several trailers,hitching post and Port-a-John.
The trail is located at 4160 Ira Rd in Bath Township.
