The northern section of the valley trail covers the 9 miles from Boston north to the Cleveland MetroParks Brecksville Reservation. The trail passes through the flood plain of the Cuyahoga river and the adjacent hills and ravines. The trail is primitive, mostly single-track with natural surfaces. It is flat along most of its course but there are some hills and shallow water crossings. Several trailheads, see map.
All trails in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park are day-use only. See medinacountyOHC.com for special opportunities for camping in the park. The Medina County OHC supports and maintains these trails.
