This trail is a former rail bed which passes through woodlands, wetlands and open fields. The trail goes from Mayfield Rd. (SR 322) south past (and connecting with) Headwaters Park through Middlefield and ends at Swine Creek and is paved north of Middlefield. Not recommended to ride through Middlefield. The trail south of Middlefield that connects to the Swine Creek trails is not paved. Ride a 4.5 mile loop by combining the Headwaters Park trail with the parallel section of the Maple Highland trail. Will require riding 800 ft along Mayfield Rd
