Equine Affaire (EA) is just around the corner, and we’re in need of volunteers to spread the word of the OHC and help sign-up new members. Dates are Wednesday, April 5 - Sunday, April 9, 2017.
Wednesday is Set-Up day. The time slot for Wednesday will be 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. If you volunteer to help set up the booth on Wednesday you will receive an entrance ticket to get in to EA on an event day. Entrance to EA on Set Up day is free. Lunch and water will be provided to all Set-Up crew members.
Availability of Entrance Tickets: Due to the admissions process at the event, if you do not volunteer on Set-Up day you will be responsible for your own entrance ticket on your first day of EA. Free entrance tickets will be available to volunteers who sign up for at least 2 or more days.Volunteers who sign in for their first scheduled shift
