Governor DeWine banned all indoor and outdoor public meetings of 100 people or more on March 12, 2020 for an indefinite period.  We will postpone the planned March 22nd meeting to June or July to comply with the Governor’s order.  Eric Estill, President, Ohio Horseman’s Council
